Beth is a mission-driven nonprofit leader and fundraising strategist with extensive experience building relationships, developing sustainable revenue systems, and leading organizations through growth and change. She brings three decades of experience across nonprofit, faith-based, and corporate environments, with a consistent focus on connecting people to purpose and inspiring generosity.

Most recently, Beth served as Director of Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications for Living Water Ministries in New Era, MI, where she helped grow donor support by more than 1000%, increased annual fundraising from $201,000 to over $755,000, and built a thriving recurring giving program that significantly strengthened long-term sustainability. She led the implementation of large peer-to-peer campaigns, an integrated donor management system, and an innovative scholarship initiative that expanded access and deepened donor engagement.

Before that, Beth spent more than a decade with Christ Lutheran Church in Sterling Heights, MI, where she led communications, volunteer engagement, and youth ministry initiatives. She revitalized the congregation’s communications systems, developed tools to ensure consistent engagement, and created youth programs that supported meaningful faith formation experiences for young people. She also led major volunteer recruitment efforts and helped guide the church’s participation in multiple large-scale denominational events.

Earlier in her career, Beth held leadership roles in large-scale operations, customer engagement, and marketing with global organizations including BBDO Detroit and EDS. In these roles, she managed complex service delivery systems, led high-performing teams, supported international clients, and contributed to implementing enterprise-level technology and communications solutions.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University’s James Madison College, graduating with high honors. She has completed additional training in leadership development, project management, communications strategy, intercultural competency, and nonprofit ministry.

Through Affinity DC, Beth partners with organizations to design practical, people-centered strategies that strengthen fundraising capacity, clarify communications, and support sustainable mission growth.
